PURSUANT to the Trustee Act 1925 all persons having claims against or claiming to be beneficially interested in the estate of Ian William Lewis Marsh late of 2 Shepherd’s Spring Cottages, Enham Arch, Andover, Hampshire SP10 4DN who died of the 26th day of February 2012 and whose will was proved in the Winchester District Probate Registry on the 31st day of May 2012 by David James Browne and Michelle Duckworth the executors named in it are required to send written particulars to the undersigned solicitors on or before the 7th day of September next after which date the executors will distribute the assets having regard only to the claims of which they then have notice.
