To whom it may concern, take note that I Perminder Singh Sandhu give notice that I have applied to South Oxfordshire District Council for a new Premises Licence for Cockcroft Stores, 2 Cockcroft Road, Didcot, South Oxfordshire OX11 8LL. To allow the following licensable activities:

The sale by retail of alcohol for consumption off the premises only during the following hours. Monday to Sunday 05.30hours to 24.00hours and 00.00hours to 02.00hours.

Anyone wishing to object to this application should give notice in writing to: The Licensing Officer, South Oxfordshire District Council, Benson Lane, Crowmarsh Gifford, Wallingford, Oxon. OX10 8NL before 18th July 2012 licensing@southoxon.gov.uk and where a copy of the application can be inspected between the hours of 9.00 a.m. and 4.00p.m. Monday to Friday.

It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application, and a person convicted of such an offence will be liable to a fine up to £5000 based on a summary conviction.
