Expressions of Interest - Freeland Parish Council

Freeland Parish Council is seeking Expressions of Interest from suitably experienced and qualified Contractors who wish to be considered for selection to tender for the construction of a 120 square metre Community Recreation Facility.

The project is located at Wroslyn Road, Freeland.

The works are scheduled to commence in December 2012 and will be let on the basis of the JCT ICD 2011.

The successful Contractor will be required to show a detailed breakdown of invoiced costs by category on a monthly basis to satisfy funding authorities and must fully comply with the requirements of The Construction (Design and Management) Regulations 2007.

A pre-qualification questionnaire will be part of the short-listing process and will be sent to all applicants expressing an interest.
