Notice of Consultation – Blavatnik School of Government Proposals for Radcliffe Observatory Quarter

The Blavatnik School of Government will permit Oxford University more strongly to serve and interact with communities across the world. It is an international school, with a global audience, and its object is to promote better government, stronger societies, and richer human opportunities in all countries.

The Blavatnik School is committed to excellence in leadership and public policy education. Our innovative, multi-disciplinary curriculum will be delivered by world-class faculty and will prepare students for the leadership challenges of tomorrow. With a global outlook at the heart of everything we do, the School builds on Oxford’s outstanding strengths in international research.

The proposed new building on the Radcliffe Observatory Quarter, off Walton Street, will offer a distinctive space in which we can draw together scholars and practitioners to share practices of government from local to international levels.

The Blavatnik School would like to take this opportunity to consult the local community on the emerging proposals. This will be the first of two public consultations. A second exhibition is planned for September 2012.

We hope that you will be able to view the emerging proposals and provide comments.

Venue: Former Radcliffe Infirmary Outpatients Building, Radcliffe Observatory Quarter, Woodstock Road, Oxford
Date: 19th July 2012 to 1 August 2012

The consultation will also be manned at the following times:
