Premises Licence Notice is given that Janes Jones PR Limited has applied to Borough of Poole Licensing Authority for a Premises Licence under the Licensing Act 2003 for the premises known as; Ashley Cross Green, Ashley Cross, Lower Parkstone, BH14 0ES

The proposed licensable activities are: Playing of recorded music. Playing of live music. Making music. Dancing. Supply of alcohol. This licence is for a one day event on Sunday 2nd September 2012 from 11.00 until 19.00 hours. Anyone who wishes to make representations regardingthisapplication must give notice in writing to: The Head of Environmental and Consumer Protection Services, Borough of Poole, Unit 1, New Fields Business Park, Stinsford Road, Poole, Dorset BH17 0NF. Representations must be received no later than 1/8/2012. The application record and register may be viewed during normal office hours at the above address or at www.boroughofpoole.com It is an offence under Section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003, knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is up to level 5 on the standard scale (£5000).
