NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR THE VARIATION OF A PREMISES LICENCE

We the Holy Family Social Club Ltd, Hereby give notice that we have applied to Southampton City Council for variation of a premises licence under part 3 of the Licensing Act 2003, as follows: Name and postal address of premises; Holy Family RC Church Hall, Holy Family RC Church, Redbridge, Southampton SO16 4PL
The application is for the variation of the premises licence as follows:
To extend the licensable times to allow for the supply of alcohol from Monday to Thursday 12:00 to 23:00.
The provision of live and recorded music and dancing and anything of a similar description from Monday to Thursday 12:00 to 23:30.
The relevant licensing authority is Southampton City Council, and the statutory register may be inspected at their offices at Southbrook Rise, 4-8 Millbrook Road East, Southampton SO15 1YG between 09:00 and 12:00 or between 14:00 and 16:00, Mondays to Fridays, or on the internet at www.southampton.gov.uk/business/licensing.
Any representations by an interested party or a relevant authority must be made in writing to the Licensing Team, Southampton City Council, PO Box 1344, Southampton SO15 1WQ so as to be received by them between the 11 July 2012 and 8 August 2012.
Please note that it is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and, on summary conviction for the offence, a person is liable to a fine not exceeding level five on the standard scale (currently £5000).
