Regulation 25 Advertisement
CITy SCREEN LTD do hereby give notice that
it is our intention to apply to Brighton & Hove City
Council in the county of East Sussex for the grant of a
premises licence to use or permit the use of premises
known as Dukes at Komedia, 44-47 Gardner Street,
Brighton, BN1 1UN for the following licensable activities
which it is proposed will be carred on or from
the premises: Plays, Films, Live Music, Recorded Music,
Performances of Dance, Provision of Late Night
Refreshment and Supply of Alcohol at the following
times: Sunday to Thursday 08:00 to 01:00, Fridays &
Saturdays 08:00 to 03:00. Any person who desires to
make a representation to the grant should send to Head
of Planning and Public Protection, Health & Safety
and Licensing, Bartholomew House, Bartholomew
Square, Brighton, BN1 1JP no later than 17th August
2012 a brief written statement of the grounds of his/
her objection. The register and records of applications
may be viewed at the above council office during
normal office hours; summaries are available via
www.brighton-hove.gov.uk/licensing. It is an offence
knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement
in connection with an application and the maximum
fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction
for the offence is currently £5000 [level 5].
