1. The Leasehold Valuation Tribunal has received an application under the above legislation for the determination of liability to pay service charges in respect of:
Flat 28 Wingfield Court, Manor Road, Bournemouth, BH1 3HE 2. Notice is hereby given in accordance with Regulation 5 of the Leasehold Valuation Tribunals (Procedure) (England) Regulations 2003 to Miss Agnes Marie Rienne Sartelet, the Lessee of the above property, that she is named as a Respondent in the above Application.
3. If Miss Sartelet wishes to participate in the proceedings before the Tribunal she, or her authorized representative, shall write to the Leasehold Valuation Tribunal (quoting reference number “CHI/00HN/LSC/2012/0070”) at the following address:
Mr. Paul Gerard, Residential Property Tribunal Service, First Floor, 1 Market Avenue, Chichester, West Sussex PO19 1JU to be received no later than 4:00pm on Monday 13th August 2012.
