I, Ellis Cooper of Elland Promotions Ltd hereby give notice that I have applied to Test Valley Borough Council under the provisions of the Local Government (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 1982 for a Licence to use the premises referred to above as a sexual entertainment venue.

Any person wishing to make representations about the application should make them in writing to the Licensing Manager, Test Valley Borough Council, Beech Hurst, Weyhill Road, Andover, Hampshire SP10 3AJ, within 28 days of the the date of this notice.
