Application for a Marine Licence

MARINE AND COASTAL ACCESS ACT 2009 APPLICATION FOR DREDGING AT PARKSTONE YACHT CLUB AND DISPOSAL

Notice is hereby given that Parkstone Yacht Club, Pearce Avenue, BH14 8EH, has applied to the Marine Management Organisation under the Marine and Coastal Access Act 2009, Part 4, for a marine licence to undertake dredging at Parkstone Yacht Club and disposal. Plans showing the position of the works may be inspected at the Clubhouse, Parkstone Yacht Club.

Copies of the Application and associated information may be viewed on line in the Public Register at. www marinemanagement.org.uk/publicregister.

Representations or objections in respect of the application should be made in writing, giving an address to which correspondence relating to the representation or objection may be sent, to the Marine Management Organisation, Marine Licensing Team, Lancaster House, Newcastle upon Tyne, NE4 7YH, or alternatively emailed to dee.allen@marinemanagement.org.uk within 28 days of 21st July 2012, quoting reference MLA/2012/00264.

The Marine Management Organisation will pass to the applicant a copy of any objection or representation we receive.
