James Brand (deceased)

Pursuant to the Trustee Act 1925

Any person having a claim against or an interest in the estate of James Brand deceased, late of 100 Gidley Way, Horspath, Oxford who died on the 17th day of October 2011, is required to send particulars thereof in writing to the undersigned solicitors for the personal representatives of the deceased on or before the 28th day of September 2012 after which date the Executor will proceed to distribute the Estate having regard only to claims and interests of which they have notice.
