Public Notice - Licensing Application Licensing Act 2003

 An application has been made to the Licensing Authority for Swindon for the variation of a Premises licence for 96-97 Commercial Road, Swindon.

The application includes a proposal to add the provision of regulated entertainment and extend the hours for the supply of alcohol and the provision of late night refreshment.

The application can be viewed at the offices of the Licensing Authority at Wat Tyler House, Beckhampton Street, Swindon SN1 2JH. [ licensing@swindon.gov.uk ] between 09.00hrs and 16.30hrs on weekdays.

Interested parties (e.g. people living in the vicinity) or responsible authorities (e.g. Police and Fire Brigade) can make representations at any time between 25 July 2012 and 21 August 2012.

All representations must be made in writing [including e-mail or fax].

It is an offence for anyone to recklessly or knowingly make a false statement in connection with a licensing application. The maximum fine on conviction is £5000.
