Regulation 24 Town and Country Planning (Local Planning) (England) Regulations 2012

The Winchester District Local Plan Part 1 – Joint Core Strategy prepared by Winchester City Council and the South Downs National Park Authority has been submitted to the Secretary of State for Examination. Nigel Payne BSc (Hons), Dip TP, MRTPI, MCMI has been appointed as the independent Inspector to conduct the Examination into the Winchester District Local Plan Part 1 - Joint Core Strategy.

The Examination Hearings will commence at 09.45 am on Tuesday 30th October 2012 and will take place in the Guildhall Winchester (Walton Room).

A Pre-Hearing Meeting will be held on Wednesday 12th September 2012 at 2:00pm in the Guildhall Winchester (King Alfred Conference Chamber).
