Notice of application for variation of premises licence/club premises certificate

We Quompco Limited of Tolsey Studio 46a High St Christchurch Dorset HEREBY GIVE NOTICE THAT we intend to apply to the Christchurch Borough Council on the 19 July 2012, for the variations to the existing premises licence at; Thomas Tripp, 10 Wick Lane Christchurch, Dorset

For the following variations;

The removal of conditions contained under the heading “Annex 2” with the exception of (G) New Years Eve Extension

To extend licensing hours as follows;

Live music, recorded music, Anything of a similar description to that falling within live music & recorded music - Friday, Saturday & Sunday start 12.00 finish 24.00 Supply of Alcohol Friday, Saturday start 10.00 finish 24.00

 Supply of Alcohol Sunday start 11.00 finish 24.00

Any persons who wishes to make representations in respect of this application should submit them in writing to; The Licensing Officer, Chief Executives Department, Civic Offices, Bridge Street, Christchurch BH23 1AZ, no later than 28 days from the date of the receipt of the application. Any such representations will be made known and copied to the applicants It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with a licence application, the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction is level 5 on the standard scale.
