NOTICE OF PUBLIC EXHIBITION

BLOOR HOMES LTD is preparing a planning application for the development of around 160 houses on land opposite the Purbeck School on Worgret Road, Wareham, and a parallel planning application for the change of use of agricultural land to publicly accessible greenspace on land off Holme Lane, Stoborough.

In order to enable local residents and businesses to hear about and comment upon Bloor Homes' draft plans for both sites prior to a formal submission, there wilL be a public exhibition on Friday 3 August at the Corn Exchange in Wareham town centre, from 12 noon until 9pm. Representatives of Bloor Homes Ltd will be present to explain the proposals and to discuss any thoughts or concerns that you may have.
