APPLICATION FOR PLACEMENT OF SCOUR PROTECTION
AT BERTH 101 AT PORT OF SOUTHAMPTON
Notice is hereby given that Associated British Ports, Ocean Gate, Atlantic Way, Eastern Docks, Southampton, SO14 3QN, has applied to the Marine Management Organisation under the Marine and Coastal Access Act 2009, Part 4, for a marine licence to undertake: Placement of scour protection at berth 101 at the Port of Southampton. Plans showing the position of the works may be inspected at ABP Offices, Dock Gate 4, Southampton, SO14 3QN. 023 8048 8800.
Copies of the Application and associated information may be viewed on line in the Public Register at www.marinemanagement.org.uk/publicregister.
Representations or objections in respect of the application should be made in writing, giving an address to which correspondence relating to the representation or objection may be sent, to the Marine Management Organisation, Marine Environment Team, Lancaster House, Hampshire Court, Newcastle Upon Tyne, NE4 7YH, or alternatively emailed to http://amy.kelly@marinemanagement.org.uk, within 28 days of 26 July, quoting reference MLA/2012/00291.
The Marine Management Organisation will pass to the applicant a copy of any objection or representation we receive.
