Notice is hereby given that I, John Wells, have applied to the Durham County Council in respect of the premises known as BELMONT COMMUNITY CENTRE, SUNDERLAND ROAD, GILESGATE MOOR, DURHAM. DH1 2LL for the grant of a Premises Licence to permit the following proposed licensable activities:-To provide regulated entertainment from 7.30 am to 11.00 pm Monday to Sunday inclusive, live music, recorded music and provision of entertainment facilities from 11.00 am to 11.00 pm Monday to Saturday inclusive and 11.00 am to 10.30 pm Sunday. The full application can be inspected at the offices of the Licensing Authority, Annand House, St Johns Road, Meadowfield, Durham. DH& 8RS between Monday to Friday from 8.30 am to 4.30 pm by appointment. Telephone: 03000 265107. A Responsible Authority or Other Party under the Licensing Act 2003 can make representations/objections to this application. Representations must be made in writing to: Durham County Council, PO Box 617, Durham. DH1 9HZ by August 13 2012. It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is £5,000.
