LICENSING ACT 2003 NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE
202/ 204 Northgate, Darlington, County Durham, DL1 1RB. Notice is given that Gunathas Gunaratnam applied to Darlington Borough Council on 23/7/12 for a Premises Licence for the above premises for the following licensable activities:- The sale by retail of alcohol for consumption off the premises, for the hours 10am to 11pm every day of the week. Anyone who wishes to make representationsregarding this application must give notice in writing to Licensing Section, Darlington Borough Council, Town Hall, Feethams, Darlington, County Durham, DL1 5QT. Representations must be received by 20/8/12. It is an offence under Section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003, knowingly or recklessoly to make a false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine for which a personh is liable on summary conviction for the offence is up to level 5 on the standard scale (£5000).
