Minor Variation of Premises Licence
I, Kerry Mason, hereby give notice that I have applied to Eastleigh Borough Council for minor variation of a premises licence under the Licensing Act 2003, as follows: Name and address of premises, Banana Wharf, Port Hamble Marina, Hamble, Southampton SO16 9BT
The application is for the following minor variation(s);: To remove condition ‘not to serve alcohol on the terrace after 23.00’, to extend the consumption of alcohol on the terrace until 00.00 as per the restaurant licence.
The relevant Licensing Authority is Eastleigh Borough Council, and the statutory register may be inspected at the offices of the Licencing Team at Southbrook Rise, 4-8 Millbrook Road East, Southampton SO15 1GY between 09.00 and 12.00 or 14.00 and 16.00 Mondays to Fridays, or on the Internet at www.eastleigh.gov.uk
Any representations by an interested party or a relevant authority must be made in writing to the Licensing Team, Eastleigh Borough Council, PO Box 1344, Southampton SO15 1WQ as to be received by them between the 25th July, 2012 and 22nd August 2012.
Please note that it is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and, on summary conviction for the offence, a person is liable to a fine not exceeding level five on the standard scale (currently £5000)
