NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR THE GRANT OF A PREMISES LICENCE

I Mr Balkar Singh Pottiwal, Hereby give notice that I have applied to Southampton City Council for the grant of a premises licence under part 3 of the Licensing Act 2003 as follows:

Name and address of premises: Aldermoor Convenience Store, 237 – 239 Aldermoor Road, Coxford, Southampton, SO16 5NU

The application is for a premises licence for the following licensable activities: The sale by retail of alcohol for consumption off the premises.

The relevant licensing authority is Southampton City Council, and the statutory register may be inspected at their offices at Southbrook Rise, 4-8 Millbrook Road East, Southampton, SO15 1YG between 09.00 and 12.00 or between 14.00 and 16.00 Mondays to Fridays, or on the internet at www.southampton.gov.uk/licensing. Any representations by an interested party or a relevant authority must be made in writing to the Licensing Team, Southampton City Council, PO Box 1344, Southampton SO15 1WQ so as to be received by them between the 25th July 2012 and 23rd August 2012

Please note that it is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and, on summary conviction for the offence, a person is liable to a fine not exceeding level five on the standard scale (currently £5,000)
