Proposed Variations To serve alcohol and late night refreshments between the hourse of 10.00am to 0.00 hours with live or recorded background music playing between 19.00 to 22.00 hours or between 10.00am to 22.30 hours, the premises operating as a restaurant/ bistro. It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application for the Grant of a premises licence or club premises certificate. A person guilty of such an offence is liable to a fine not exceeding level 5 on the standard scale.
