The application is to: Authorise retail sales of alcohol on the premises from 07.00 to 03.00hrs. Off premises sales from 07.00 to 01.00 hrs. Provision of live and recorded music from 07.00 to 03.30 hrs. Perform dance and provide the facilities for dancing from 07.00 to 3.30 hrs. Provision of late night refreshments from 23.00 to 03.30 hrs. All activities 7 days a week. Interested parties or responsible authorities wishing to make representations on the application must give notice in writing to The Licensing & Parking Manager, Town Hall, Darlington.
