 Prezzo Plc have applied to Bournemouth Borough Council Licensing Authority for the variation of the Premises Licence under the Licensing Act 2003 for the Premises known as Chimichanga, 61 Westover Road, Bournemouth, BH1 2BZ. The proposed changes are detailed below: Extension of internal licensing area. The public register where applications are available to be viewed by members of the public is available at The LicensingTeam,Bournemouth Borough Council, Town Hall, St Stephen’s Road, Bournemouth, BH2 6LL between 9:00 and 16:00 Monday to Friday. Anyone wishing to oppose this application must give notice in writing to The Licensing Team, Bournemouth Borough Council at the address above specifying the grounds for opposition by Monday 27 August 2012. It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for making a false statement is a Level 5 fine of the Standard Scale (£5,000).
