Town and Country Planning (Development Management Procedure) Order 2010 Notice Under Article 13

NYM/2012/0509/LB Mrs Christine Bianco, Ingleby Manor Ingleby Greenhow. Listed Building consent for internal and external alterations to game larder together with extension to form office, alterations to coal shed to form w.c. and insertion of door in place of window to flat 1. The building concerned is a Listed Building.

NYM/2012/0518/FL Miss K Buckton, rear of 17 - 21 South End, Osmotherley. Creation of gated vehicular access (retrospective). The application site is within Osmotherley Conservation Area.

NYM/2012/0523/FL Mr P Finn, The Old Hall, Battersby. Variation of conditions 2 and 3 of planning approval NYM/2009/0528/FL to allow modifications to the design and use of the building as residential annexe accommodation (retrospective). The development affects the setting of a Listed Building.

NYM/2012/0446/FL Mr Tim Blenkin, The Old Vicarage, Kilburn. Conversion of existing coach house to form annexe accommodation, construction of single storey extension following demolition of conservatory to north east elevation, construction of porch to north west elevation together with associated landscaping works. The application site is within Kilburn High & Low Conservation Area.
