(BRADFORD NORTH) (WAITING LOADING AND PARKING) (CONSOLIDATION) (AMENDMENT NO. 31) ORDER 2012 VARIOUS ROADS IN THE BRADFORD EAST AREA CONSTITUENCY UNDERCLIFFE ROAD BRADFORD

NOTICE is hereby given that City of Bradford Metropolitan District Council made the above Order on 2nd August 2012 under its powers contained in the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, the effect of which will be to introduce restrictions of:-

1. “No Waiting At Any Time” on lengths of Undercliffe Road; Dudley Hill Road and Idle Road, Bradford; and

2. “Limited Waiting of 15 mins (return prohibited within 15 mins) – Monday to Friday between 7.30am and 12 noon” on a length of Undercliffe Road, Bradford.

The Order comes into force on 17th August 2012 and a copy of the Order together with a map showing the affected roads may be examined during normal office hours at the Customer Services Reception, Ground Floor, City Hall, Bradford.

If you wish to question the validity of the Order, or of any provision contained therein on the grounds that it is not within the powers conferred by the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, or on the grounds that any requirements of that Act or of any Instrument made under it, have not been complied with in relation to the Order, you may, within six weeks from the date upon which the Order was made (i.e. 2nd August 2012) apply to the High Court for this purpose.
