The Licensing Act 2003 (Premises Licences and Club Premises Certificates) Regulations 2003

TAKE NOTICE that SOLENT PIZZA DELIVERY LIMITED have applied for the grant of a Premises Licence under Part 3 of the Licencing Act 2003 in respect of 6 St JOHN’S CENTRE, UPPER NORTHAM ROAD, HEDGE END, SOUTHAMPTON SO30 4QU.

1. To provide regulated entertainment by way of late night refreshment after 23.00 until 03.00 on the following day every day.

2. The relevant Licensing Authority for these premises is Eastleigh Borough Council. Details of the application may be viewed at The Licensing Team, Eastleigh Borough Council Licensing Department, PO Box 1344, Southampton SO15 1WQ.

Any Interested Party or Responsible Authority may make representations in writing to The Licensing Team at that address between 07 August 2012 and on or before 16.00 on 07 September 2012.

IT IS AN OFFENCE under section 158 Licensing Act 2003 knowingly or recklessly to make false statement in connection with this application and may on summary conviction give rise to a fine on level 5 (up to £5,000)
