NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE TO BE GRANTED UNDER THE LICENSING ACT 2003
The Oddfellows Bradford District Lodge applied to Bradford Metropolitan Council on the 6th August 2012 for a premises licence for licensable activities from 12.00 until 04.30 hours Mondays to Sundays at Club Life, 158 Westgate, Bradford, BD1 2RN. Representations should be made in writing to The Licensing Team, Environmental & Regulatory Services, Bradford Metro. Council, 6th Floor North, Jacobs Well, Bradford BD1 5RW by 3rd September 2012. Persons wishing to inspect the Licensing Register may do so at the above address between the hours of 0900 - 1700 Monday to Thursday and 0900 - 1630 Friday. It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application which carries a maximum fine of £5000.
