(SPEED LIMIT) (NO. 5) ORDER 2011 NAB WOOD AND MOORHEAD AREAS SHIPLEY 20 MILES PER HOUR SPEED LIMIT ZONE ADVERTISEMENT OF AMENDED PROPOSALS NOTICE is hereby given that City of Bradford Metropolitan District Council proposes to make the above Order under its powers contained in the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 the general effect of which will be to introduce a 20 mph speed limit zone on the following roads:-
Nab Wood Drive; Nab Wood Road; Nab Wood Grove; Nab Wood Terrace; Nab Wood Mount; Nab Wood Close; Nab Wood Crescent; Nab Wood Rise; Nab Wood Gardens; Nab Wood Place; Nab Wood Bank; Nab Lane; Woodside Avenue; Bankfield Road; Bankfield Grove; Bankfield Avenue; Bankfield Drive; Glenview Close; Glenview Road; Glenview Drive; New Close Road; Bank Crest Rise; Oaklands; Bracken Grange Court; Glenview Grove; Staveley Road; Staveley Drive; South Way; South Grove; West Way; Fairmount Park; Craig View; Hill Foot; Moorhead Crescent; Hollin Wood Close; Ashfield Road; The Grove; Ivy Road; Ivy Grove; Moorhead Terrace; Kendall Avenue; Glenhurst Road; Parkfield Road; Witham Road; Sherwood Grove; Sherwood Road (back roads); Highfield Terrace; Highfield Terrace (back roads); Bromley Road; Bromley Road (back roads); Marlborough Road; Marlborough Road (back roads); Scarborough Road; Scarborough Road (back roads); Scarborough Grove; Avondale Mount; Bradford Road (back roads) (between Avondale Road and Scarborough Road); Avondale Road; Avondale Road (back roads); South Edge; Grosvenor Road; Grosvenor Road (back roads); Trenance Drive; Lindisfarne Road; Avondale Grove; Avondale Crescent; Parkwood Road; Fern Hill Road; Fern Hill Avenue; Fern Hill Mount; Fern Hill Grove; Jim Laker Place; Fairway; Victoria Park; Victoria Park (back roads); Farfield Road and Grosvenor Avenue.
A copy of the draft Order together with a map showing the affected roads and the Statement of Reasons for proposing to make the Order may be examined during normal office hours at the Customer Services Reception, Ground Floor, City Hall, Bradford and the Traffic and Highways (North) Office, Town Hall, Shipley.
If you wish to object to the proposed Order you should send the grounds for your objection in writing to reach the undersigned by no later than 12 noon on Friday 14th September 2012 quoting reference:- LEG/DEV/SPN/71625.
