Notice is hereby given that I, DAVID LONGFIELD, have applied under section 17 of part 3 of the Licensing Act 2003 for a premises licence for The Cheerful Chilli Restaurant, East Chevin Road, Otley, LS21 3DD where I intend to supply alcohol, Tuesday to Saturday 11:00-23:00, Sunday 11:00-17:00.
