NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR VARIATION OF PREMISES LICENCE UNDER THE LICENSING ACT 2003
Nassim Ahmed applied to City of Bradford Metropolitan District Council on 20/8/12 for a licence to use the premises at Mace Convenience Store, 23 North Parade, Bradford, BD1 3JL for the sale by retail of alcohol between the hours of Mon- Wed 6am-11pm, Thurs- Sat, 6am- 12am, Sun 6am-11pm. Representations should be made in writing to Environmental & Regulatory Services, Licensing Team, 6th Floor North, Jacobs Well, Bradford BD1 5RW by 16/9/12. Persons wishing to inspect the Licensing Register may do so at the above address between the hours of 0900 - 1700 Monday to Thursday and 0900 - 1630 Friday. It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application which carries a maximum fine of £5000. Dated 23/8/12.
