Notice of Proposed New Byelaws
Notice ID:The Caversfield Service Family Accommodation Byelaws 2012
Notice is hereby given that in exercise of his powers under the Military Lands Act 1892 the Secretary of State for Defence proposes to make new byelaws in respect of the Ministry of Defence site known as Caversfield Service Family Accommodation.
The area of land to which the proposed byelaws apply is shown on the plan attached to the proposed byelaws. Posters of the proposed byelaws and plans may be inspected around the perimeter of the site, at the junction of Fringford Road and Thompson Drive, the junction of Thompson Drive and the A4421, Skimmingdish Lane at the Junction with Sheen Close and Skimmingdish Lane at the junction with Barnfield Close.
Copies of the proposed byelaws and plan have been sent to the local library: Bicester Library, Old Place Yard Bicester, OX26 6AU and may also be inspected and/or downloaded from the Ministry of Defence Byelaws Website at http://www.mod.uk/Defencelntenet/MicroSite/DIO/WhatWeDo/Byelaws.
If an applicant does not have access to the Internet or local library, then copies of the proposed byelaws and plan may be obtained by post, free of charge, from the Byelaws Review Team, Ministry of Defence, PO Box 349, Aldershot, Gull 2WZ. Requests for copies may also be left on the Team's answer-phone on 01252 361986.
Copies of the proposed byelaws have also been sent to interested local parties including the county, district and parish councils.
Any objections to the proposed byelaws should be directed to the Secretary of State for Defence and sent either to the above address or alternatively emailed to DIO-byelawsreviewteam@mod.uk to be received within 35 days from the 24th Aug 2012 or the date that the proposed byelaws are displayed at the site if this is later.
This notice will be displayed in the London Gazette, two local newspapers and at the post-office in the vicinity of the affected site.
