Notice of Application for Grant of a Premises Licence

Savers Health and Beauty Limited

has given to Durham County Council an application for the grant of a Premises Licence for Savers, 15 Milburngate Centre, Durham, DH1 4Bl. The licensable activity which is proposed will be carried on at the premises is the sale by retail of alcohol for consumption off the premises 0800 to 1800 (to 2000 in December) Mondays to Saturdays and 1000 to 1800 on Sundays. The licensing Register of Durham County Council is held at CEHCP (Licensing), PO Box 617, Durham, DH1 9HZ and, where applicable, at www.durham.gov.uk. The record of the application may be inspected during normal office hours at the Council’s above address and, where applicable, at any time on the above website. Representations which shall be made in writing may be made by an interested party or responsible authority to Durham County Council to be received at their above address no later than 12th September 2012. It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application; the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction being £5,000.
