Notice Uuder Article 11 of Application for Planning Permission Proposed development at Greystones Business Park, Chipping Norton.

Take notice that application is being made by West Oxfordshire District Council for planning permission to change of use of business park to household recycling centre. Alterations to access road and access onto A361.

Demolition of Unit 5 to provide area for storage of collection bins and circulation. Change of use of Units 1 and 2 to storage of recyclables and their repair and potential re-sale and recycling education centre. Provision of base for WODC street cleansing team to Unit 4. Erection of fencing alongside access road.

Any owner of the land or tenant who wishes to make representations about this application, should write to West Oxfordshire District Council Planning Services at Elmfield, New Yatt Road, Witney, OX28 1PB within 21 days of the date of this notice. Henry Venners JPPC on behalf of WODC 28/08/2012.

Statement of owners' rights: The grant of planning permission does not affect owners' rights to retain or dispose of their property, unless there is some provision to the contrary in an agreement or lease.

Statement of agricultural tenants' rights: The grant of planning permission for non-agricultural development may affect agricultural tenants' security of tenure.

'Owner' means a person having a freehold interest or a leasehold interest the unexpired term of which is not less than seven years. 'Tenant' means a tenant of an agricultural holding any part of which is comprised in the land.
