Fiona Beresford (deceased)

Pursuant to the Trustee Act 1925, any person having a claim against or an interest in the estate of Fiona Beresford deceased, late of 47 Old High Street, Headington, Oxford, OX3 9HP who died on the 8th February 2012, is required to send particulars thereof in writing tothe undersigned solicitors for the personal representatives of the deceased on or before the 12th November 2012 after which date the Executor will proceed to distribute the Estate having regard only to claims and interests of which they have notice.
