NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR THE GRANT
OF A PREMISES LICENCE

We Velmore Community Association hereby give notice that we have applied to Eastleigh Borough Council for grant of a premises licence under part 3 of the Licensing Act 2003, as follows: Velmore Centre, Falkland Road, Eastleigh, Hampshire, SO53 3GY

The application is for a premises licence for the following licensable activities: The provision of regulated entertainment consisting of

a) A performance of a play

b) An exhibition of a film

c) An indoor sporting event

d) A performance of live music

e) Any playing of recorded music

f) A performance of dance

g) Provision of facilities for dancing

h) Provision of facilities for making music

The relevant licencing authority is Eastleigh Borough Council and the statutory register may be inspected at the offices of the Licensing team at Southbrook Rise, 4- 8 Millbrook Road East, Southampton, SO15 1YG or at the Civic Offices, Leigh Road, Eastleigh, SO50 9YN during normal office hours or on the internet at licensing.eastleigh.gov.uk Any representations by an interested party or a relevant authority must be made in writing to the Licensing Team, Eastleigh Borough Council, PO Box 1344, Southampton, SO15 1WQ so as to be received by them between the 29th August 2012 and 21 st September 2012.

Please note that is an offence to knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and on summary conviction for the offence, a person is liable to a fine not exceeding level five on the standard scale (currently £5,000).
