I give notice that: Mrs P Pratt is applying to Wiltshire Council for: Planning permission to amend an approved application, S/09/1694, Erection of Detached 3-Bed Dwelling (2 beds in roof space) and Form Site Access Road. NB: This application requires access over part of Water Lane, Coombe Bissett.

Any party having proof of ownership of Water Lane should make written representation to Wiltshire Council, Planning Office, PO Box 2281, Salisbury, Wiltshire SP2 2HX by: 27th September 2012. "Owner" means a person having a freehold interest or a leasehold interest, an unexpired term of which is not less than seven years.
