Notice of application for the variation of a Premises Licence
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that an application has been made to the licensing authority of Fareham Borough Council for the variation of a premises licence under section 34 of the Licensing Act 2003.
Details of the application are as follows: Name of Applicant: The Upham Pub Company Ltd. Postal address of premises: The Spinnaker, 286 Bridge Rd, Swanwick, Southampton, SO31 7EB. Brief description of proposed variation to premises licence: Alterations to bar, toilets, re-configeration of kitchen and general refurbishment. No changes to the hours currently listed. Change of name to 'The Navigator'. A copy of the statutory register may be inspected during normal office hours at the address shown below or viewed on our website www.fareham.gov.uk
Any responsible authority or interested party wishing to make representations on this matter must submit those representations in writing to: The Licensing Officer, Department of Health and Regulatory Services, PO Box 14, Civic Offices, Civic Way, Fareham PO16 7PR by no later than 28 days from the date of this notice. The closing date for representations is 2nd October 2012.
Any representations will be notified to the applicant and will be considered by the licensing authority. It is an offence knowinglyor recklesslymake a false statement in connection with an application. Such an offence is liable to a fine not exceeding level 5 on the standard scale (£5,000).
