NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR THE VARIATION
OF A PREMISES LICENCE
We, Santokh Singh Dhanda and Sirajul Islam,
Hereby give notice that we have applied to Southampton City Council for variation of
a premises licence under part 3 of the Licensing Act 2003, as follows:
Name and postal address of premises: TOKYO MILAN, GROUND FLOOR,
SALISBURY HOUSE, VERNON WALK, SOUTHAMPTON, SO15 2SU
The application is for the variation of the premises licence as follows:
1. Extend time for serving alcohol to 01:00.
2. Amend existing condition to allow for private functions. In addition, the condition needs to be amended to reflect the fact half of the Premises is a restaurant.
3. An extension of the Licence generally to allow extra hours on Christmas Eve, Boxing Day, New Years Eve and Bank Holiday Sundays.
The relevant licensing authority is Southampton City Council, and the statutory register may be inspected at their offices at Southbrook Rise, 4-8 Millbrook Road East, Southampton SO15 1YG between 09:00 and 12:00 or between 14:00 and 16:00, Mondays to Fridays, or on the internet at www.southampton.gov.uk/licensing Any representations by an interested party or a relevant authority must be made in writing to the Licensing Team, Southampton City Council, PO Box 1344, Southampton SO15 1WQ so as to be received by them between the 6th September
2012 and 4th October 2012.
Please note that it is an offence knowinglyor recklesslyto make a false statement in connection with an application and, on summary conviction for the offence, a person is liable to a fine not exceeding level five on the standard scale (currently £5000).
