Notice is hereby given pursuant to Section 27 of the Trustee Act, 1925, that any person having a claim against or an interest in the estate of Clifford Stanley Gray late of The Old Vicarage, Church Lane, Hankerton, Malmesbury, Wiltshire SN16 9LF who died on 29th June 2012 is hereby required to send particulars in writing of his claim or interest to the undersigned the Solicitors for the Executors before the date of 16th November 2012 after which date the Executors will distribute the estate among the persons entitled thereto having regard only to the claims and interest of which they have had notice and will not as respects the property so distributed, be liable to any person of whose claim or interest they shall not then have notice.
