Licensing Act 2003 Premises Licence
We, Winchester City Centre Partnership, hereby give notice that We have applied on 05/09/2012 to Winchester City Council as the Licensing Authority for the Grant of a Premises Licence for the premises known as: The Broadway and High Street, Winchester, SO23 9GH (approximate).
The effect application is for: Regulated Entertainment. The provision of live music, recorded music and the performance of dance on Thursdays from 11.00 - 20.00 from 15/11/12. Any person who wishes to submit representations in connection with this application should send their representations in writing to: Head of Legal Services, Winchester City Council, City Offices, Colebrook Street, Winchester SO23 9LJ, to arrive by 03/10/12; details of representations received will be forwarded to the applicants to enable them to comment. The representations received and the applicants' comments will be taken into account in determining the application. Relevant representations will be forwarded to the applicant and published on the Council's website. It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application and that person is liable on conviction to a fine not exceeding Level 5 on the Standard Scale.
