APPLICATION FOR: REVETMENT WORKS,
HYTHE MARINA VILLAGE, SOUTHAMPTON
Notice is hereby given that Marina Developments Ltd has applied to the Marine Management Organisation under the Marine and Coastal Access Act 2009, Part 4, for a marine licence to undertake:
1) Remodelling of the upstream end of the existing waterfront stone revetment
2) Revetment repair, gabion cage reconstruction and tidal flap valve replacement to the marina basin
Plans showing the position of the works may be inspected at: The Lock Building (Public Noticeboard), Shamrock Way, Hythe Marina Village, Hythe, Southampton, Hants. SO45 6DY
Copies of the Application and associated information may be viewed on line in the Public Register at www.marinemanagement.org.uk/publicregister.
Representations or objections in respect of the application should be made in writing, giving an address to which correspondence relating to the representation or objection may be sent, to the Marine Management Organisation, Marine Environment Team, PO Box 1275, Newcastle upon Tyne, NE99 5BN, or alternatively emailed to lillian.sandeman@marinemanagement.org.uk, within 28 days of 13th September, 2012, quoting reference MLA/2012/00299.
The Marine Management Organisation will pass to the applicant a copy of any objection or representation we receive.
