APPLICATION FOR DREDGE AND DISPOSAL OF MATERIAL FROM HYTHE MARINA
Notice is hereby given that Marina Developments Ltd has applied to the Marine Management Organisation under the Marine and Coastal Access Act 2009, Part 4, for a marine licence to undertake dredging and disposal of dredged material from Hythe Marina.
Plans showing the position of the works may be inspected at: The Lock Building (Public Noticeboard), Shamrock Way, Hythe Marina Village, Hythe, Southampton, Hants. SO45 6DY
Copies ofthe Application and associated information maybe viewed online in the Public Register atwww.marinemanagement.org.uk/publicregister.
Representations or objections in respect of the application should be made in writing, giving an address to which correspondence relating to the representation or objection may be sent, to the Marine Management Organisation, Marine Environment Team, Lancaster House, Newcastle upon Tyne, NE4 7YH, or alternatively emailed to adam.chumbley@marinemanagement.org.uk, within 28 days of 13th September, 2012, quoting reference MLA/2012/00285.
The Marine Management Organisation will pass to the applicant a copy of any objection or representation we receive.
