Notice Under Article 13 Of Application For Planning Permission Accompanied By An Environmental Statement

The Council has received the applications listed below which require advertising under one of the above Acts

12/01832/FULLN & 12/01906/LBWN Erection of two storey rear extension, erection of replacement porch, internal and external alterations including provision of new painted windows to rear elevation - Bluebell Farm Cottage, Penton Lane, Penton Grafton

12/01919/FULLN First floor extension to front elevation to provide en-suite and seating area. Insertion of dormer window to first floor - Ropers House, Longparish

12/01456/FULLN Erection of dwelling and garaging together with the provision of oil tank and repositioned oil tank, erection of picket fence (re-advertisement) - Poplar Cottage, Cart Lane, Chilbolton

12/01911/FULLN Erection of dwelling and detached double garage - Langley, Green Lane, Monxton

12/01957/VARN Variation of condition 2 extending the time operation will cease on 11/00554/ FULLN (Solar farm, comprising the erection of solar arrays, inverter and transformer sheds, associated equipment and continued use of remaining land for agricultural purposes) -Parkhouse A303 And A338 Junction, Park House Corner, Salisbury Road, Shipton Bellinger.

The applications, plans and other documents submitted with an application are available for public inspection at Reception, Beech Hurst, Weyhill Road, Andover, during normal office hours. Applications may also be viewed on the Council's website www.testvalley.gov.uk/planning

Any comments about an application should be received by the Council within 21 days of publication of this notice. Any comments received will be available for both inspection and copying.

In the event of an appeal against the refusal of planning permission in relation to a householder application, which is to be dealt with on the basis of representations in writing, any representations made about the application will be sent to the Secretary of State and there will be no further opportunity to comment at appeal stage.
