LICENSING ACT 2003 Notice of Application for the Grant of a Premises Licence/Club Premises Certificate Take notice that on 03-9-12, I, David Sharp of York University Students Union made application to the City of York Council for the grant of a Premises Licence/Club Premises Certificate at the following premises The Glasshouse, Langwith College Centre Building, Deramore Lane, York. YO10 5GQ. Proposed Licensable /Club Activities: Provision of regulated entertainment, films, indoor sporting events, live music and recorded music. Provision of late night refreshment, sale by retail / supply of alcohol The Licensing Application Register can be viewed by prior arrangement with City of York Council Licensing Section ( tel 01904 552512) at 9 St Leonard's Place, York. YO1 7ET between 8.30am and 5pm Monday to Friday. Representations to this application can be made in writing by any responsible authority or any other person to City of York Council Licensing Services 9 St Leonard's Place, York. YO1 7ET. Representations must be received by no later than 01/10/12 being within a 28 day period beginning the first day after the application is made. It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application for the grant of a premises licence or club premises certificate. A person guilty of such an an offence is liable to a fine not exceeding level 5 on the standard scale.
