LICENSING ACT 2003 NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE

TAKE NOTICE that I Shedrack Oghenekevwe Anighoro have applied for the PREMISES LICENCE for Smart-Tech Shop, 50 Church Road, Brighton BN3 2FN.

Nature of Licensable Activity: 1. Sale by retail of alcohol Days and Hours Requested: Mon to Sun 07:00 to 05:00

A record of the application can be inspected on Monday to Thursday from 9.00am to 4.45pm and Friday from 9.00am to 4.30pm (except bank holidays) at the offices of the Licensing Team at:-Licensing Team Brighton & Hove City Council 2nd Floor Bartholomew House Bartholomew Square, Brighton BN1 1PF.

Any interested partywishing to make representations on the application must do so to the Licensing Team of Brighton & Hove City Council referred to above. Representations must be in writing and must be received by the Licensing Team no later than the 15th day of October 2012.

It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application punishable with a maximum fine of £5000 on summary conviction.
