PUBLIC NOTICE Mr & Mrs Routledge are applying to Durham County Council for full planning approval to erect a residential dwelling with associated detached garage including access from Tyzack Street at : Ricklene, Edmondsley, Co. Durham. Any owner of the land or tenant who wishes to make representations about the application should write to the council within 21 days of the date of this notice.
