NOTICE OF APPLICATION TO VARY
A PREMISES LICENCE

Property name and address: 'Pig in the Wall' (formerly 'Latimers on the Quay') at both Western Esplanade, Southampton SO14 2AZ & 8 Westgate Street, Southampton SO14 2AY.
Notice is given that Home Grown Hotels Ltd, have applied to Southampton City Council Licencing Authority to vary a Premises Licence under the Licensing Act 2003.
The Licensable activities are: Sale by retail of alcohol on and off the premises & Regulated Entertainment (recorded music); Late Night Refreshment. The proposed variation is: 1, Extending the area licensed to include the adjoining property at 8 Westgate Street, Southampton SO14 2AY. 2, Some changes to the physical layout of 'Pig in the Wall' (formerly 'Latimers on the Quay') at Western Esplanade, Southampton SO14 2AZ.
Anyone who wishes to make representations regarding this application must give notice in writing to: The Head of Environmental and Consumer Protection Services, Southampton City Council, Southbrook Rise, 4-8 Southbrook Road East, Southampton SO15 1WQ.
Representations must be received no later than 17th October 2012. The Application Record and Register may be viewed during normal office hours at the above address.
It is an offence under Section 158 of the Licencing Act 2003, knowingly or recklesslyto make a false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is up to level 5 on the standard scale (£5000).
