NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR THE VARIATION OF A PREMISES LICENCE
We, Home Grown Hotels Ltd, Hereby give notice that we have applied to Southampton City Council for variation of a premises licence under Part 3 of the Licensing Act 2003, as follows:
Name & postal address of premises: "Pig in the Wall" (formerly "Latimers on the Quay") at both Western Esplanade, Southampton SO142AZ & 8 Westgate Street, Southampton SO142AY
The application is for the variation of the premises licence as follows: (1) Extending the area licensed to include the adjoining property at 8 Westgate Street, Southampton SO142AY (2) Some changes
to
the physical layout of "Pig in the Wall" (formerly "Latimers on the Quay") at Western Esplanade, Southampton SO142AZ
The relevant licensing authority is Southampton City Council, and the statutory register may be inspected at their offices at Civic Centre, Southampton SO147LF between 09:00 and 12:00 or between
14:00 and 16:00, Mondays to Fridays, or on the internet at www.southampton.gov.uk/licensing. Any representations by an interested party or a
relevant authority must be made in writing to: the Licensing Team, Southampton City Council, PO Box 1344, Southampton, SO151WQ so as to be received by them between 21/09/2012 and 19/10/2012
Please note that it is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and, on summary conviction for the offence, a person is liable to a fine not
exceeding level five on the standard scale (currently £5000).
