Pusuant to the Trustee Act 1925 Notice is given that all creditors and other having any claims against or claiming to be beneficially interested in the estate of Maureen Pamela Watchman late of 19 Squires Court, Woodland Road, Darlington, Co. Durham DL3 9XZ who died on the 16th day of June 2012 and whose Will was proved in the Newcastle upon Tyne District Probate Registry at Newcastle upon Tyne on the 7th day of September 2012 by Gwynneth Gibson the executrix named in it are required to send particulars in writing to the undersigned Solicitors on or before 6th December 2012 after which the said executrix will proceed to distribute the assets of the deceased among the persons entitled to them having regard only to the claims of which she then has had notice and shall not be liable for the assets of the deceased or any part of them so distributed to any person or persons whose claim or demands she then has not had notice.
