LICENSING ACT 2003 NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE
Application has been made by Ed's Easy Diner Group Limited to the Licensing Authority of Southampton City Council for a Premises Licence for Ed's Easy Diner at Level 7 Unit R4, West Quay Shopping Centre, Southampton. The proposed licensable activity is the sale by retail of alcohol Monday to Friday 09:00 to 21:00, Saturdays 09:00 to 20:00, Sundays 09:00 to 18:00 and Sundays prior to Bank Holiday Mondays 09:00 to 19:00. Full details of the Application can be viewed at the offices of the Licensing Authority at Southampton City Council, Civic Centre, Southampton, SO14 7LY (www.southampton.gov.uk). Interested parties or Responsible Authorities can make written representations to the Licensing Authority at any time up to 31 October 2012.
It is an offence for anyone knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with a Licence Application. The maximum fine on summary conviction is £5,000.
